Dalip Gambir is an investment banker, and founder and Managing Director of Transformation Investments.
Mr. Gambir has a successful track record of over 25 years in advising private and public sector entities on M&A strategy, privatizations, sector reforms, and corporate restructuring. Apart from the US, where he is currently based, he has lived and worked extensively in Asia, Middle East, Latin America and Africa.
He has executed cross-border M&A transactions totaling over $6B USD.
Mr. Gambir's career includes senior positions at Citigroup, Tony Blair Associates, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Saudi American Bank and American Express Bank. He has also served as a consultant to the US Government in programs to promote investments in emerging markets. He began his career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Mr. Gambir earned his MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
